Well, I finally did it. I went and made myself a blog! Now for what to put on it, heh heh. Well, I haven't gotten to that part yet, but I figure as long as I have fun with what I'm doing and I like what I see then I might as well just go with the flow. I don't know how often I plan on posting updates, but I figure I'll post when I post and leave it at that.
I'll start off with some about me stuff and then as I feel like posting more I'll add it here.
About me:
Well, I'm originally from Idaho. Lived all over the south-eastern area most of my life, which is also where I have some family as well. I went to high school in Orem, UT and for a bit of college as well. After having to take a break from school, I decided to move back to Idaho to get back in touch with family and figure some things out about myself. After that, I decided I needed a change so I decided to move to Washington. I plan on going back to school eventually, but right now I'm not ready to. I'm in no hurry, I figure I'll go when the time is right, but for now I'm spending a lot of time working and just having fun being an adult.
The area I live in is a LOT bigger then I'm used to (I'm a small-town country girl that's recently moved to the big city), but I love it. I always felt like I wanted to live in a large city ever since I was little. I got a small taste of it in Utah when I lived relatively close to Salt Lake City, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. So I decided why not try Washington? I mean I love the rain, which we get plenty of here, and the culture here is so much more different. I can't wait to explore the area more and actually visit Seattle (it's about an hour or so away from where I'm at, depending on traffic), since I haven't had a chance to go there yet.
From an astrological sense, I'm a Pisces sun sign, Scorpio moon sign. And in the eastern zodiacs I'm a Tiger (Rawr!). I met my best friend of 14 years in elementary school, and we both currently live together with her husband which is something we haven't done since we were in junior high. I also have my wonderful man living here as well. I met him about 7 months ago when he came to visit with my besty and her hubby for the summer. When I first met him we clicked and things felt right from the start. He's the best thing that's happened to me in a long time. We are very close to each other and I really hope that things continue to go well with us! We also have our 3 cats here which makes life interesting sometimes, but we love them all the same anyway.
And I guess that's about it for now. Kind of boring I know, but hey it's me and that's all there is to it, lol. I'm currently relearning to play the piano and am getting back into my writing again which I'm very grateful for because I lost interest in them for awhile. I've enjoyed being able to view the world around me in a different way then I did before, and I'm so grateful for the opportunities that I've been given. I only hope that things continue to get better as time progresses. Take care everyone! And God bless!
